Boku is a truly global company that takes pride in its diversity and thriving equal opportunity workplace.</p></div><p><strong>Location : Tallinn or Tartu</strong></p> <p><strong>We are looking for a martech expert with profound domain and tech knowledge who is able to build & drive product roadmap.</strong></p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities in this role:</strong></p> <ul> <li><u>Product Strategy:</u> Develop and execute the product strategy for our customer acquisition products, aligning it with the overall company vision and goals as well as a wide range of internal stakeholders. Continually assess the needs of customers, market trends, competitive opportunities, and threats in defining and evolving the product strategy.</li> <li><u>Requirements-Definition</u>: Develop comprehensive product plans, incorporating market requirements, define the competitive arena, and establish the objectives, strategies, and actions required to achieve business goals. Produce high-quality requirements documents and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time and on budget. Write user stories to communicate customer needs in an agile development environment.</li> <li><u>Prioritization</u>: Provide value-based prioritization of product development initiatives to ensure maximum ROI and market-driven alignment. Deliver world-class innovation in features, usability and product performance in consistent cadence of releases. Manage a cross-functional process for prioritizing, delivering and launching major product releases.</li> <li><u>Product Development</u>: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and adoption.</li> <li><u>Stakeholder Collaboration</u>: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and incorporate insights into the product development process. Act as the primary point of contact for all acquisition product-related inquiries. Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction by monitoring product performance, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements.</li> <li><u>Product-Roll-out</u>: Work with teams to create and execute go-to-market plans for new features. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and identify optimization opportunities.</li> <li><u>Industry Expertise</u>: Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in Martech and bundling solutions.
