Our platform is already used in all the leading digital marketplaces including Google Play Store, Sony PlayStation Store, Microsoft Windows Store, Facebook App Center, and Spotify.</p> <p>We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager<strong> </strong>to join our Solution Delivery team. You’ll be part of an international team that is responsible for all aspects of Program Management for Digital Wallets and Banking payment instruments and play an important role in our project rollout phases for these payment methods. As a subject matter expert on payments, you will work with cross functional teams like Finance, Compliance, Legal, Commercial and Technical teams. You are a self-reliant person, a team-player and a fast learner with problem solving and communication proficiency. You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage all day Program level activities for integrating Boku’s payment platform to local bank solutions in various markets from start to go live.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Finance, Compliance, Legal, Commercial and Technical teams to drive new payment integrations.</li> <li>Plan cross-functional and cross-department initiatives and ensure executive approvals wherever required through succinct and executive-friendly presentations.</li> <li>Advise management on status, issues, risks, and change requests for all initiatives and ensure any risks are escalated to the relevant stakeholders.</li> <li>Develop and implement sustainable Program Management process and best practices.</li> <li>Lead planning effort in the creation of project plans, tasks, and schedules to ensure close monitoring of day-to-day action items.</li> <li>Organize and facilitate regular project scrum to track project tasks and dependency.</li> <li>Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and develop innovative solutions is crucial for overcoming challenges and driving program success.</li> <li>The ability to record data, analyze trends, and effectively communicate insights derived from data is indispensable.</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10-15 years of Project and Program management experience in payments industry.</li> <li>Strong background in Project and Program Management along with extensive knowledge of global Payments Industry is a must.</li> <li>Proven record of driving programs and implementing projects in payment domains like cards, banking, Wallets, and other international payment methods.</li> <li>Experience integrating with third party web services across a variety of technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, etc.)</li> <li>Experience of working on programs that require tracking of regulatory, compliance, legal and finance requirements on day-to-day basis.</li> <li>Knowledge of Compliance, AML, KYC, FX conversions, bank setups, local entity setups and understanding of tax structures is preferred.</li> <li>Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business, that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications</li> <li>Organised, fast paced, process oriented and flexible – willingness to assume multiple roles and tasks to meet changing business needs.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships and communicate with colleagues at all levels.</li> <li>Excellent writing and presentation skills.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
