Boku is a truly global company that takes pride in its diversity and thriving equal opportunity workplace.</p></div><p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop the necessary strategies to execute and grow payment opportunities and carrier partnerships with existing and new partners (MNOs, digital content providers, OTT players and other) in the region</li> <li>Collaborate with the Commercial and Product teams for enabling new business opportunities that would support company’s high growth ambitions and vision</li> <li>Lead partnership and payments related day-to-day business acivities with MNOs and digital content providers by working cross-functionally with the Product, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance and other departments</li> <li>Navigate and negotiate non-standard win-win business models with the leading industry players to assure long-lasting cooperation</li> <li>Take responsibility for quarterly targets & KPIs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in a related field</li> <li>Equivalent experience (5+ years), ideally in payments/fintech/e-commerce or relevant B2B background</li> <li>Strong track record of business development and sales activities, and engagement with decision makers</li> <li>Superior communication and negotiation skills – must enjoy working with community of internal stakeholders and external business partners</li> <li>Relevant experience supporting technical partnerships and/or integrations</li> <li>Effective multitasking and organizational skills</li> <li>Strong presentation and analytical skills.
