The Commercial Enablement Executive will work closely with a variety of stakeholder teams at Boku, including Sales, Account Management, Expansion, Finance, Operations, Product, and more. The Commercial Enablement team is focused on innovating and creative ways that impact all aspects of the Boku Growth team. A can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset are critical to this role combined with a structured project management background.</p> <p><strong>IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with merchant-impacting projects and operational tasks in alignment with company goals and objectives.</li> <li>Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and workflows, and contribute to streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.</li> <li>Maintain operational excellence and keep project documentation up-to-date.</li> <li>Help the Growth team stay accountable for providing the latest insights on strategic accounts and ensuring documentation for business continuity.</li> <li>Provide operational support within the Commercial team and other departments to optimize commercial performance and drive merchant satisfaction.</li> <li>Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to commercial initiatives, and provide regular updates and insights internally.</li> </ul> <p><strong>ABOUT YOU:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Or you can prove to us a degree is not a must.</li> <li>At least 2 years of prior experience in account management, revenue operations, sales operations, or equivalent operations roles, with demonstrated success in end-to-end project delivery in achieving revenue targets or meeting company objectives.</li> <li>You are a self-starter with great attention to detail. You strongly believe customer first.</li> <li>Excellent with time management, prioritization, and delivery under pressure in fast-paced environments.</li> <li>Experience of external and internal stakeholder management across departments multiple time zones.</li> <li>Experience with payments, mobile, e-commerce, website development and digital technologies is strongly preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>DESIRED TRAITS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You are used to working in cross-functional teams, with an ability to deliver commercially successful products and services that impress customers.</li> <li>You are able to decipher and understand what customers require, when the customers may not fully understand their own needs.</li> <li>You possess good judgement and make effective decisions at the appropriate speed.</li> <li>You thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving startup environment.</li> <li>You work well with ambiguity and respond flexibly to change.</li> <li>You are a strong and innovative leader who prioritizes well and communicates effectively.</li> <li>You are able to manage without relying on authority, and convince colleagues and partners of your plan through its merits.</li> <li>You are able to empower and support cross-functional decision-making at the periphery, yet retaining ownership for your own delivery.</li> <li>You have strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to infer data insights, and not just regurgitating it.</li> <li>You are comfortable getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks to get things done.
